Fr. Anthony (Tony) Dummer, OMI , 67, died this morning, October 3, 2017  at 1:30am, at Lakeridge Oasis in Buffalo, MN, 5 weeks after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

Mass of Christian Burial: Monday, October 9, 2017 at 10:30 AM at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Buffalo with visitation one hour prior to Mass at the church

Fr. Tony was born on November 13, 1940 in New Ulm, MN to Andrew B. and Margaret A. (Palmer) Dummer.  He became an ordained priest on June 29, 1984.  His favorite assignment was with St. Paul the Apostle parish in Juneau, Alaska.  On September 1, 2014, Fr. Tony moved to Christ the King House in Buffalo, MN.

Preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Stella and Margaret.

Survived by his brothers, Francis, Art and Carl; sister Arlene and Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate.
